Funky Friday: Garden Art

What is it? Don’t ask me, I have no idea.  But I don’t think that’s really the point.

1something2face7nov09But I will say I enjoy the spirit in which it was created. I stumbled across Allen Buckoff’s Recent Work blog this afternoon. It is a site dedicated to getting people to think more creatively. I’m all in.

allenbukoffrockpoleTake a look around his site. I have decided I would like to invite him to dinner– it would be a great time don’t you think?

I’ll spare you the ‘before’ that goes with this after — Garden Robots.

Hi, I'm Rochelle and for 18 years I have worked as a landscape designer, author/writer, and design teacher. I've designed residential and hospitality (for hotels, restaurants, and spas) gardens across the USA and in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. After many years of teaching garden design topics in person, I launched the PITH + VIGOR Boot Camp series in early 2018. Through my blog, social media, and online courses (Garden Design Bootcamp and Planting Design Boot Camp) I aim to help homeowners learn how to confidently design and create home gardens that reflect their own personal and unique style.

That first one looks like someone was having a bad day with the garden hose. I think I may have made a sculpture like that a few times getting sloppy loading the truck back up after an install.
