Terra Sculpture Modern Garden Art

Jennifer Asher is the artist behind Terra Sculpture and her mission is the make modern garden art accessible.  Her pieces are striking and simple and (she says) affordable.    I picked a few favorites.

Terra Sculpture modern garden art

1.) Taffy 2.) Leap 3.) Relaxed

I know what would happen if ‘taffy’ the spiral showed up in my garden…which it would look really great in, as I have a complimentary self designed fireplace of similar finish –  it would immediately be turned into a store by my two young entrepreneurs in training.    I like ‘leap’ because I just like red in a simple garden….all green with a splash of red speaks to me.  And ‘relaxed’ is simply a vision of me at the end of the day against my kitchen counter…with a glass of wine.

Hi, I'm Rochelle and for 18 years I have worked as a landscape designer, author/writer, and design teacher. I've designed residential and hospitality (for hotels, restaurants, and spas) gardens across the USA and in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. After many years of teaching garden design topics in person, I launched the PITH + VIGOR Boot Camp series in early 2018. Through my blog, social media, and online courses (Garden Design Bootcamp and Planting Design Boot Camp) I aim to help homeowners learn how to confidently design and create home gardens that reflect their own personal and unique style.

    Rochelle!

Just a quick not to say that I have been reading your blog and really enjoy it! Your enthusiasm really comes through. I am very impressed at your change in careers – I applaud you for it. I am also incorporating landscape design into my scope of services I provide to my clients here in California, and I find your site a great source of inspiration to me. You are doing a great job! Keep up the good work.

And yes, I can also envision the last sculpture of the bunch as you with a glass of wine at the end of the day!

    All the Best! – Cindy

    Cindy-

Yeah!! so happy to see you here and even better that you find it useful (as opposed to my friends who come by because I implore them to check it out…but they could other wise care less) Let me know if you have any projects that would be fun to talk about.
