Last week the Sagamore Hotel was sold and will presumably undergo extensive renovations to bring it up to the vision that Tom Varley, vice president of operations for new owner Ocean Properties, set forth. The goal is to “take the steps needed to preserve the past while meeting the needs of the 21st century.”
With such a historic and storied location and beautiful landscape to work with, the results should be stunning.
