Garden Umbrellas with a Twist

Sywawa has one of the most imaginative collections of garden umbrellas and bases I have seen. I love when a good design team puts their minds to re-imagining the mundane and transforms it to spectacular.

2d6f0773c1This laundry inspired version is my favorite. I love the breeziness of the BREEZER, -“a new parasol concept which plays with wind, movement and light.”

But I am also equally enchanted by the more glamorous FROU FROU version.

9eb74d9d82I would love a garden wedding that included a cocktail hour under a collection of BLA BLAs (which is the FROU FROU with an adjustable height cocktail table base) or a pretty white lace version called SHADYLACE. “It is like sitting under a tree of lovely leaves to find some shade.” ShadyLace also comes with a cute little bird finial on top.

Hi, I'm Rochelle and for 18 years I have worked as a landscape designer, author/writer, and design teacher. I've designed residential and hospitality (for hotels, restaurants, and spas) gardens across the USA and in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. After many years of teaching garden design topics in person, I launched the PITH + VIGOR Boot Camp series in early 2018. Through my blog, social media, and online courses (Garden Design Bootcamp and Planting Design Boot Camp) I aim to help homeowners learn how to confidently design and create home gardens that reflect their own personal and unique style.

Cool. I didn’t find prices on their website. I’m betting their out of my price range.

Thanks for the nice report about our Sywawa range. This inspires us to do more and better in the future. For Jim, Artofgardening.org: the prices are resonable. Example: 215 € for the Shadylace parasol. Would you like to know more ?
