I am very impress with this tiny garden. The brief called transforming a tiny garden area around a vintage cottage into an outdoor entertaining space with low maintenance planting and a usable driveway.
The front lawn was removed to create lounge area with a new outdoor fireplace and stone patio seating area surrounded by low water use plantings. The driveway was replaced with concrete pavers and gravel to allow rainwater to infiltrate on site and create a more inviting outdoor dining area.
The most interesting part is what those metal panels do at night. The drama that they create in garden when lit is really exciting don’t you think? I also really enjoy how they tie in with the fireplace (which, of course, I love because I have one just like it!)

That is a great fireplace…I want one too. Great use of a small, and reclaimed space. Matti
