It is such an over the top statement, I am trying to decide weather I love it I hate it.  What do you think?  Whichever, I think it certainly has me thinking about what type of garden I might put this in?  Perhaps take a Cottage Garden right over the top?  Or maybe it could be the one focal point of color and whimsy in something a lot more austere and modern.   Or maybe it could find a permanent home in the private quarters of P.T. Barnum?   How you use these pieces?  Would you use these?  Love ’em or hate ’em?

  1. DorkyDeb says:

Don’t like. The patterns are so overwhelming that they are hard on my eyes. Also I don’t think something like that would weather the outdoors well at all.
One piece alone, (maybe the little stool) in a whimsical indoor or covered area might be interesting. But all of those together I just find overwhelming.

  2. Eddie says:

I think they are fun peices, something over the top and fun…..in the right garden!

  3. LOVE LOVE LOVE this!!

  4. OMGoodness these are delish! I took one look and knew they would be Mc furnishings. I love a whimsical garden. Gardening to me is fun and love and sunshine and contentment and well those are Garden Thrones. Pure joy!

  5. John Swanson says:

“Do it big or stay at home” time….it’s big in many ways! As my (then) 4-year-old son used to say, “Two Fumbs Up”!

  6. Jenn says:

Love the whimsy. The color/texture combination is a bit overwhelming to me. But I love the concept!

  7. Private says:

I love them with the smooth green backdrop. I would not love them in a cottage (multi-floral busy, many colors) scene.

I would use them (if I had acreage) in a back pasture, where you see a simple white outbuilding, but when you get there, you can throw open one side and instant party! It looks like play house or fantasy furniture. It wants an escapist setting.

I wonder if I like them more in March than I would in a more colorful month.
